Pre-Nuptial Agreements

There are many situations where a well crafted Pre-Nuptial Agreement (also known as a Pre-Marital Agreement) can help avoid potential conflicts in the future and thus save a marriage that might have ended in divorce.

Generally, property issues are a proper subject for pre-nuptial agreements where as child related issues are not. Furthermore, due to the complexity of the enforceability requirements, among others, Jimmy will not perform his Upfront Mediation process unless the parties agree, at the very least, to have their Upfront document reviewed by their individually selected attorney prior to signing.
